Can you hold a place before I apply?

How old do you have to be to apply?

Is the deposit refundable?

Who needs a cosigner?

You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
To apply for a property, please visit our office or website to complete the application form. Be sure to have all necessary documents ready, including proof of income and identification. If you need any assistance or have further questions about the application process, feel free to contact us! -
How do I pay rent?
After the first month's rent and security deposit are received in certified funds, all tenants are encouraged to make future payments through our tenant portal for added convenience. However, if preferred, you may also mail or drop off a check at our office. Additionally, there is an option to pay in cash at select local businesses. I want to get a pet. What do I do?
If you're interested in getting a pet, please note that not all of our properties are pet-friendly. If the property you're renting allows pets, we encourage you to contact our office for specific guidelines and approval. Feel free to reach out with any questions! -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
If you're planning to move out but your roommate wishes to stay, please contact our office to obtain the required form for removing a party from the lease and transferring the security deposit. Feel free to reach out with any additional questions or for further assistance! -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
If your lease is expiring and you plan to move out, please review your lease agreement for any specific notice requirements. Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
Typically, the landlord is responsible for paying for repairs and maintenance requests, especially for issues related to the property’s structure or systems. However, tenants may be responsible for any damages caused by their actions.
