To check if your
HOA dues are current, log in to the
CPMS online portal and visit the "Account Overview" or "Payment History" section. There, you will see your current balance and any upcoming or outstanding payments. If you have further questions, you can always contact our support team for assistance

Where do I get a copy of the governing documents for the association?
Copies of your association’s governing documents, including bylaws, CC&Rs, and rules and regulations, are available for download through the
online portal. Simply log in, go to the "Documents" section, and you'll find everything you need. You can also request a physical copy from our office if needed.

As a homeowner with a tenant in an HOA, you are still responsible for ensuring that your tenant complies with the HOA’s rules and regulations. This includes the covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&Rs) of the community.
